Returns & Refunds Policy

At Kittie’s & Bean’s Sweet and Sassy Shops, we want you to love your purchase! If something isn’t quite right, here’s how returns and refunds work:


💌 How to Start a Return


  • Email us at hello@kittiesandbeans.com within 14 days of delivery to request a return.
  • Please include your order number and a quick note about the reason for your return.


📦 What Can Be Returned


  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund back to your original payment method.


🚫 Items That Can’t Be Returned


  • Some items are non-returnable for safety and quality reasons, including:
  • Perishable or consumable goods (like food, candy, or specialty treats)
  • Personalized or custom items
  • Sex Toys
  • Final-sale or clearance items (if marked as “final sale”)


💲 Refund Details


  • Refunds are processed once we receive and approve the return.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error (for example, if we sent the wrong item).


🕒 Processing Time


  • Please allow 5–7 business days after we receive your return for your refund to appear in your account (times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider).
