Returns & Refunds Policy
At Kittie’s & Bean’s Sweet and Sassy Shops, we want you to love your purchase! If something isn’t quite right, here’s how returns and refunds work:
💌 How to Start a Return
- Email us at hello@kittiesandbeans.com within 14 days of delivery to request a return.
- Please include your order number and a quick note about the reason for your return.
📦 What Can Be Returned
- Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund back to your original payment method.
🚫 Items That Can’t Be Returned
- Some items are non-returnable for safety and quality reasons, including:
- Perishable or consumable goods (like food, candy, or specialty treats)
- Personalized or custom items
- Sex Toys
- Final-sale or clearance items (if marked as “final sale”)
💲 Refund Details
- Refunds are processed once we receive and approve the return.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error (for example, if we sent the wrong item).
🕒 Processing Time
- Please allow 5–7 business days after we receive your return for your refund to appear in your account (times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider).
