Sales tax will be applied to orders shipped to Florida, in accordance with Florida law.

3. Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship primarily within the United States.
Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays outside our control (e.g., weather, carrier delays, supply shortages).
Risk of loss or damage passes to you once an order is delivered to the carrier.

4. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Please contact hello@kittiesandbeans.com within 14 days of delivery if you wish to request a return or refund.
Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging to qualify for return.
Certain items are non-returnable, including:
Perishable or consumable goods (such as food, candy, or specialty treats)
Personalized or custom items
Sex toys
Sale or clearance items (if marked as “final sale”)
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
